Surya in Vettrimaran's period flick?

Reportedly National award winning director Vettrimaran is trying to rope in Surya to play the lead role in his next film, a big budget epic flick which will be produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri's Cloud Nine Movies. According to sources, the director is currently fine tuning the script.

Interestingly, Surya currently busy with Murugadoss' 7am Arivu and K.V. Anand's Matraan.
